Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest quality of care to all our clients, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Our policy is as follows:

24-Hour Notice Required: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting for an opening.

​Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $90 cancellation fee. This fee applies to all clients, including those using a sliding scale, insurance, or private pay.

Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If there is an unexpected circumstance that prevents you from attending, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to accommodate.

Rescheduling: We encourage rescheduling rather than canceling if possible. Rescheduled appointments with 24-hour notice are not subject to cancellation fees if scheduled within the same week.
